Feeling lazy? Are you tired of consuming
copious amounts of salad during the first few days of your first CFA paleo challenge? Try salmon!
Why? Because its simple to bake, takes little prep time, loaded with protein and its not a salad.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place salmon fillet (skin down) on a baking tray lined with foil. Lightly drizzle olive oil over the fillet and
sprinkle with seasoning. Caution: read
seasoning ingredients to ensure that it is paleo. Depending on the thickness of the salmon,
bake a fillet that is 1.5 inches thick for about 20 min.
Really, it’s that easy.
